THIS… is a 1995 BMW M3 Coupe, finished in Avus Blue Metallic with a Champagne interior.
This M3 features the desirable 5-speed manual transmission, and its odometer currently displays about 45,000 miles.
According to the build sheet provided in the gallery, factory equipment includes 17-inch Style 23 wheels, a limited-slip differential, a rear spoiler, a sunroof, Nappa leather upholstery, an M Sport steering wheel, cruise control, and an on-board computer. Modifications reported by the selling dealer are limited to tinted windows.
BMW introduced the E36-generation M3 to the U.S. market as a coupe for the 1995 model year, and it expanded the range with a sedan and a convertible in 1997 and 1998, respectively. It was bigger than its predecessor, the original E30-based model, but it offered 6-cylinder power while retaining engaging dynamics synonymous with the M3 moniker.
Power comes from an S50 3.0-liter inline-6, rated at 240 horsepower and 225 lb-ft of torque. Output is sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed manual transmission.
