Who is NRW-Design

NRW-Design is a U.S.-based design and manufacturing group focused on BMW performance parts, from the E9X M3 to the latest G8X platforms. The team combines three core strengths:

Why replace the S65 magnesium covers

Factory S65 magnesium valve covers are known to crack or warp over time, which can lead to oil leaks and persistent sealing issues. NRW’s solution eliminates those failure points while improving heat resistance and long-term durability.

The NRW solution

CNC-machined from 6061-T6 aluminum, the NRW S65 valve covers are designed as a direct replacement that seals properly, holds up to heat, and looks the part under the hood. Each set includes integrated baffling, stainless hardware, and pre-installed dowels for a straightforward install. Multiple powder-coated finishes are available, with custom colors on request.
