For sale is a clean and well-maintained BMW M3 (E92) featuring the desirable carbon fiber roof (single hump configuration). The vehicle experienced a brief interior fire that lasted approximately 30 seconds and was quickly contained. The fire did not cause any structural or mechanical damage; only the driver seat and headliner were affected. The interior has since been fully gutted and a bucket seat has been installed. Due to Quebec regulations regarding previously fire-damaged vehicles, the car is currently not road legal in Quebec; however, it may be eligible for registration in your province or state depending on local laws and inspection requirements. Mechanically, the car is in excellent condition — rod bearings were replaced approximately 100 km ago, the engine runs strong, and the vehicle drives very well. It has only completed one track day.
