Maintenance/Reliability:
A lot of energy has gone into ensuring its reliability. Notably it has several oil analysis reports covering the last 25k miles indicating a healthy engine. Detailed maintenance records available and here are some maintenance highlights:
– Rod bearings replaced at 111,073 with Mporium hand measured, matched and WPC treated ACL bearings. BE ARP rod bolts. New engine mounts. New gaskets and hardware at every opportunity. Leak free.
– New OEM Bosch fuel injectors (as preventative) at 111,589 miles. Fresh plugs at 111,575. Power steering fluid replacement.
– Cooling system overhaul at 111,848 (preventative) including Genuine BMW radiator, water pump, thermostat, expansion tank, hoses, temp sensor and new fasteners and O rings where applicable.
– Cleaned and lubed ITBs and linkage
– Throttle actuators appear to have been done in 2013 under previous ownership.
– Valve covers were resealed at 97,430, including spark plug tubes.
– A/C service at 104,692
– New front rotors/pads, ZCP suspension and rear diff serviced at 112,814. (Rear rotors/pads at 97,430)
– Alignment at Tru Line Bellevue at 112,895
– All recalls up to date.
