69 mile 2023 BMW G82 M4 CSL sold for $169,420 in 2023. Wonder what a low mile CSL like this would bring today a year later?
This 2023 BMW M4 CSL is one of approximately 300 US-market examples, and it is a lightened special edition of the M4 Competition that is powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0L inline-six mated to an eight-speed M Steptronic transmission and an active M differential. Finished in Frozen Brooklyn Grey Metallic over black Merino leather, the car is equipped with a carbon fiber-reinforced composite hood, roof panel, and trunk lid as well as Laserlight headlights, adaptive M suspension, 19″ and 20″ forged wheels, M Carbon bucket seats, a head-up display, and navigation. The car was first sold by Sun Motor Cars BMW in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, and it was reacquired by the selling dealer in December 2022. This G82 CSL is now offered with a window sticker, manufacturer’s literature, a tool kit, two key fobs, a clean Carfax report, and a clean Pennsylvania title.
The body is finished in Frozen Brooklyn Grey Metallic with black and red accents. Carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic components include the hood, the “double bubble” roof panel, and the decklid with an integrated ducktail spoiler. The car is also equipped with Laserlight headlights, yellow LED running lights, Park Distance Control, Shadowline trim, M Heritage roundels, and quadruple exhaust outlets with matte black finishers. The twin-turbocharged S58 3.0-liter inline-six was revised with increased boost pressure, retuned engine management software, and an upgraded cooling system and engine mounts compared to the M4 Competition. Factory-rated output was 543 horsepower and 479 lb-ft of torque. A cast-aluminum engine bay brace and a titanium rear silencer were standard equipment.
The included window sticker shows initial delivery to Sun Motor Cars BMW in Mechanicsburg Pennsylvania, and lists factory colors, equipment, and a total suggested retail price of $145,395.
The Carfax report shows no accidents or other damage and lists history in Pennsylvania.
