One of the most unique colors we’ve seen on a BMW F80 M3! This one recently sold through Bring A Trailer painted in Individual Silverlake Metallic with an Amaro Brown interior. What do you think about this one?
This 2016 BMW M3 sedan is a Canadian-market example that is finished in BMW Individual Silverlake Metallic and was optioned from the factory with the Executive, Driver Assistance Plus, and Lighting packages. Powered by a twin-turbocharged 3.0-liter S55 inline-six paired with a seven-speed M DCT dual-clutch transmission, the car has Amaro Brown leather upholstery, an Active M differential, 19″ Style 437M alloy wheels, aftermarket side skirts, a carbon-fiber roof panel, Pro Tuning Freaks engine-management software, ceramic-composite brakes, heated front and rear seats, Surround View, a head-up display, a heated steering wheel, Park Distance Control, carbon-fiber trim, a Harman Kardon sound system, and an M Performance exhaust system, adjustable suspension, pedals, and European-style taillights. Acquired by the seller in 2021, this F80 M3 is now offered with the owner’s manual, spare parts, a car cover, US and Canadian Carfax reports, and Ontario registration.
The F80 M3 featured widened bodywork along with revised fender vents and bumpers compared to the standard 3 series. This example is said to be the only example finished in BMW Individual Silverlake Metallic with Shadowline trim and has been fitted with M Performance European-style taillights, body-color front reflectors, and aftermarket side skirts. Additional details include a carbon-fiber rear diffuser, roof panel, rear spoiler, mirror caps, and front winglets in addition to LED headlights, Surround View, front and rear Park Distance Control, and carbon-fiber exhaust finishers. Damage to the rear is noted in a November 2018 entry of the Carfax report, which also lists vandalism damage in October 2019. Wear is visible on the right mirror cap, and a crack is located on the rear bumper cover, which also has mounting holes for uninstalled components. The seller states the left-rear corner of the car has received bodywork as a result of the October 2019 damage. ExoShield protective film has been fitted to the windshield, and paint protection film has reportedly been applied to the front bumper cover, front fenders, hood, roof, mirror caps, and portions of the rear quarter panels.
The US Carfax report shows the aforementioned damage and potential odometer rollback. A Canadian Carfax report is provided in the gallery below.
The vehicle is being sold on its Ontario registration, which serves as the ownership document in Ontario, Canada. The sale does not include a title.
