I am the original owner. I have clear title on hand, and Carfax report is available. Carfax showed 2 owner but it is because I lease and then bought it out.

Car is in excellent shape inside and out. All my mods are mostly cosmetic, no engine mods are done. Car is always garage at home

Exterior – Completely ceramic coated and hand washed regularly. No paint damage (couple of small but normal rock chip), no door dings, no curb rashes. No damage/peeling on CF roof.

Interior – Interior is in great shape. Front driver seat is in great condition. The passenger seat and back seat are hardly used (have other car for family use). No rips/tears. Non-smoking.

Service Records:
90% of the service is done at BMW Fremont, and the other one is done at Fremont Alignment, America Tires, and Performance Technic (highly reputable shops), and you can see all the records on Carfax. Everything is up to date, new front and rear brakes, new tires, ignition coil, spark plugs, coolant flush, all done within the past 6 months.

The bad:
Car was in a minor accident about 5 years ago. Work was done at a highly reputable shop using all oem and all new parts. I have the paperwork available.

Overall the car is in excellent condition, love this car and wish I can keep this. Smog check is already done, no near term maintenance needed. It’s a lovely drive especially with the upgrade stereo
