I have owned this car for 10 years and it’s been in Cincinnati Ohio it’s entire life. I bought it from Eric at Enthusiast Auto Group as my first E9X M3. Since, I have had 3 total and still own a Track Spec E92. This has always been a garage queen for me, it’s sat at a friends side shop or my in laws house on a battery tender in a climate controlled environment. I will put this car up against any mileage E92 in the country on the basis of condition. Never seen snow and seen rain maybe a handful of times. Car is owned outright without lien. I adore this car but the track car is more fun and I am at peace moving this car onto a new owner.

The car had 19k miles on it when I bought it and I personally know the previous owner and can make an introduction to serious buyers more than likely.

Yes, original bearings and ta’s as the car literally just turned 30k miles. Ask most reputable shops and they will suggest bearings every 60-80k miles.

Car has had zero paint work. New OEM Comp wheels back in 2020/2021 as I put the old ones on my E90 M3. Interior is 10/10 including drivers seat. Exterior is a 9.7/10 (two small marks on the front Carbon Lip).
