No lights or warnings, car is in very good mechanical condition.

BE Rob Bearings done around 70k miles.
TA done 7k miles ago.
Valve cover gaskets done 500 miles ago.
Oil filter housing gasket done 500 miles ago.
All new belts done 500 miles ago.
Engine mounts done 300 miles ago.
Coolant flush and fill 500 miles ago.
New front tires and full alignment 1,000 miles ago.
Light paint correction done 1,000 miles ago.
Brakes and slotted rotors 3,000 miles ago.
Oil change using liqui Molly 3,000 miles ago.
One of my good friends from high school works at bullet performance in Costa Mesa. So me and him went through the entire car and replaced a ton of parts, cleaned everything, and checked over the entire engine and transmission.
Mods:
Axelback turner valved exhaust (installed professionally at bullet) passes smog as it has stock cats and resonators.
Carbon fiber truck lip. (Have stock one)
Competition wheels.
At one point the car was on coil overs but is now back to stock suspension. Because of this, the EDC module alert shows when turning the car off.
Car has been babied and unfortunately have to sell to get a truck for work/family needs.
