Selling my 2012 BMW M3 E92 Competition Package with only 66,000 miles. The car runs and drives flawlessly with zero issues.
I purchased it two years ago from Mercedes-Benz of Clear Lake with 50,000 miles.
Maintenance & Upgrades:
Rod Bearings done at 59K miles (documented, performed by MPORIUM BMW, metal emblem under the hood).
Serviced every 5K miles.
Rear tires replaced 2K miles ago – Brand new Michelin Pilot 4S.
Upgraded Andream iDrive screen – Apple CarPlay & Android Auto compatible (OEM screen available for pickup in Plano, TX).
Test pipes + resonated Valvetronic exhaust w/ secondary cats (Stock exhaust with all 4 cats available for pickup in Plano, TX).

No mechanical issues – needs nothing
Clean TX title (payoff at my local credit union in Austin, TX)
