KEY FACTS
This E46-generation BMW M3 is a celebrated and involving modern classic performance hero, substantially upgraded with premium tuning components from Active Autowerke and Ground Control, said to total USD24,000.
It is powered by a 3.2-litre ‘S54’ inline-six, enhanced with a Stage-1.5 HKS supercharger kit, driving the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission with a short-shifter, lightweight flywheel and clutch.
This example was originally a US-delivered model, which was first registered in January 2002, and has since been imported to the United Arab Emirates.
The odometer shows 90,342 miles.
EQUIPMENT AND FEATURES
This E46-era M3 is finished in the refined shade of Titanium Silver Metallic, over a grey Nappa leather-trimmed interior, featuring a contrasting black upper dashboard, embossed ‘M’ emblems on the front headrests, and Titanium Shadow trim.
It rides on an aftermarket set of 18-inch TR Motorsport ‘MT’ multi-spoke alloy wheels finished in satin gunmetal, and fitted with Michelin Pilot Sport 4S tyres.
Equipment includes bi-xenon headlights, cruise control, an electric sunroof, a BMW Business CD stereo, automatic air conditioning, Dynamic Stability Control, switchable sport mode, a Harman/Kardon sound system, and electrically adjustable heated front seats with three-position driver memory.
This example has been enhanced with a Stage-1.5 HKS supercharger kit with a large intercooler, Active Autowerke M3 headers and a ‘Signature’ exhaust system, a sport fan clutch, a high-performance thermostat, and upgraded connecting rod bearings, as well as an Active Autowerke six-puck sprung clutch and flywheel kit, an Active Autowerke/UUC short-shifter and UUC DSSR, and a Ground Control Köni adjustable suspension kit.
Interior upgrades include an ATI ePod steering wheel gauge holder with an AEM digital 35-psi boost gauge and an AEM UEGO wide-band air/fuel ratio gauge.
The car is supplied with two original remote keys, the service booklet, owner’s handbooks, and a large collection of historical maintenance invoices.
CONDITION

Specific notes from the seller include: various chips, scratches, and blemishes around the exterior, cracked seals around the rear windows, scratches on wheels, creases on the seats, and scuff marks on some interior touch points.
SERVICE HISTORY
The most recent service was performed in October 2024 at 89,072 km by ZK Motorsports, and included replacement of the engine oil and filter, differential oil, inner tie rods, and a power steering hose repair.
