Subframe: not reinforced yet. Last inspection: no cracks, no damage, but yes, it should be done for long-term bulletproofing.
Rod bearings: not done. At 68k miles, with respectful driving, they’re fine.
Not a garage queen, but close. Garaged, never seen rain, and driven ~6k miles in the past 7 years by a middle-aged dad who listens to podcasts more than he redlines.
