Up for sale is my dream car, a 2001 E46 M3 with 80,600 miles. I’ve been fortunate enough to drive lots of cars and lots of other exotics as well and this one puts probably the biggest grin on my face when you take it up into the higher revs.

Unfortunately, the car got hit by a hail storm that so I’m looking to get out of it now and onwards to bigger and better things. I purchased it in March of this year. I have 2 VIN reports that I can provide along with a PPI done at Euro garage in Denver, CO.

The big 3 have not been completed. However, the Blackstone oil analysis indicates that the rod bearings are healthy and that the engine is above average for this mileage. (tough way to word it, in short, the engine is healthy) The rear subframe looked to be in great shape when it was up on the lift , and the Vanos has no rattle, no leaks and shows no symptoms, it pulls hard in the low revs.

✅The good:
-Meticulously cared for under my brief ownership. And ready for the next owner to enjoy for the summer with peace of mind. -Relatively low mileage
-The body is in great shape minus hail dings, I would give it a 7/10, the top is a 9/10, and interior is 8/10
-Oil was changed with liquid Molly, 10 W 60 less than 1000 miles ago with proof
-New oil sensor
-Brand new OEM floor mats
-New windshield cowling old one was cracked to all hell
-Drives straight, no weird noises, shifts well, and breaks are newish.
-Top works flawlessly
-AC and heat work great

❌The bad:
-The big 3 has not been completed, however from as what I stated above, everything indicates to be in good shape
-Needs a new wheel speed sensor, every now and then it throws up a code where it turns on the tire light and ESC light
-Passenger electronic headrest does not work
-The front bumper has been repainted
-The rear headrest lids that cover the rollover protection bar are cracked, not very visible unless you look from underneath
-The only red flag that the PPI indicated is the power steering lines are seeping very slowly
-Airbag and seatbelt light are on. This one’s perplexing to me as the car has had the airbag recall completed, and the seatbelts lock when you slam the brakes so it must just be a faulty sensor.
-Wheels are curbed from previous owner
