I am the second owner, purchased at 21k mi in Monterey, CA in 2011; has been my baby for the past 15 years. Silverstone II over Fox Red Extended Novillo Leather upholstery w/Sycamore Anthracite Wood Interior Trim. Premium, Technology, and Cold Weather Packages. Beautiful Exposed Carbon Fiber roof (perfect condition). Premium Sound w/HD & Sirius Radio. Car is in excellent condition externally, windshield and headlights are perfect with no obvious pits or clouding; some stone chips on front bumper/fascia). Interior is virtually perfect with no visible wear on seat bolsters or other surfaces. No curb rash on wheels (one front wheel was replaced with refurbished unit – original has minor curb rash and will go with car). Everything works as it should. Car starts, runs, drives, shifts, sounds, and even smells like new. Never tracked, never driven in winter and rarely in rain; stored under premium cover in heated garage. Perfectly maintained at BMW dealers since new; have all service records/receipts as shown in CarFax. Have BMW dealer inspection report as of Oct-25; needs nothing. All original – never modified except for BMW M-Performance muffler/exhaust; original muffler/exhaust goes with the car. Both keys, all original owner’s manuals/documents, high-end car cover go with car; extra set of wheels/tires used for winter storage and Active Autowerke cat-back exhaust are available. In my ownership, I have never driven in cold temperatures and have always kept RPMs below 3000 (and usually much lower) until the oil is fully into operating temp range. As a retired engineer, I am one of many that believe improper warm-up contributes to many (if not most) major problems with tight tolerance bearing failures. This is why I have not replaced the rod bearings. I have never had any symptoms of problems, nor has the BMW dealer where I have the car serviced ever recommended it. I did have the pinion shaft seal on the rear diff replaced last fall at my annual service as it was weeping. Oil and brake fluid changes have been annual/every two years, respectively, based on time – not mileage. Additional photos and complete CarFax available for serious buyer.
