Notably I am only the 3rd owner of this vehicle, the 2nd owner purchased it from CarMax in 2012 and serviced it regularly at BMW. My intentions when I initially purchased the car were to keep it forever and thus the car was treated as so.
Car was warmed up appropriately every time it was driven, never saw a track day. Oil was changed every 3k miles. Car is stock apart from a professionally paint matched LCI trunk and muffler delete (I still own the OEM muffler)
Felt skid-plate was replaced with an aluminum one.
Car just passed smog at approximately 83,500 miles, this is after the alternator and battery were replaced at ~83,000 miles.
Interior is in great shape, car runs and shifts great.

Of note:
When the brake pads/rotors were changed, the brake pad wear sensors were not thus there is a light on the dash indicating this. There is also an occasional tail-light warning that appears on start-up due to the LCI tail lights.
Car was involved in a rear-end collision in 2009 resulting in damage to right-front however no air-bags deployed, title is clean.
