1998 BMW M3 – $25,000 – 144,500 miles
This car has been used as an “every once in a while” car since I’ve owned it, putting only about 2000 miles on it a year as it gets driven only once or twice a month. The car runs beautifully and there are no mechanical or electrical issues with the car. It’s set up for the back roads and drives like a gokart. I’m going into my first semester of university and I just won’t have the time to drive it anymore unfortunately. It has been taken care of very meticulously as to keep it in perfect running condition for those days when I do have some time to take it out. Since I’ve owned the car, services have been performed by B and B Autohaus in San Diego and HG Autohaus in San Marcos. I have all the service records from my ownership.
Rod bearings and VANOS done previous to my ownership.
The car was smogged on July 30th and is good for 90 days after that.
I have a Car Vertical report that I can send to any prospective buyers.
The car has new front tires with less than 1000 miles on them and also has a new battery.
Unfortunately the clear coat is peeling a bit on the hood and roof in spots, as well as the rear bumper.
This M3 is a rare specification for the U.S. The exterior color is Fern Green Metallic over a Mulberry Nappa leather interior. Although I could not find exact numbers, I think this car is 1 of less than 50 in the states.
