Selling my 2008 Convertible M3

Reason for selling:
Started a new business and I simply don’t have the time to put the money and time into my build. The car does need some TLC as it’s not the best example of an M3 which reflects on the price, im am also open to all offers as there are some mechanical issues that i will address
– needs head gasket valve replaced on both sides mainly in the passenger side
– needs new o2 sensors, i was sold some faulty ones
– car does throw malfunction code here and there due to the issues but disappears once car is turned off then back on
– there are some small dings on the hood aswell

Cars has not been modded under my ownership
Previous owner tells me the TA and Rod bearings are done but i have no proof
I myself have had the spark plugs and ignition coils replaced by precision motorworks
