This is my 2012 BMW E93 M3, which is in excellent condition and ready for a new home. I purchased the vehicle from BMW Seattle in 2019 and have added 13k miles under my ownership. The vehicle is 100% stock. The vehicle is mechanically perfect and cosmetically excellent. I have service records for the entire life of the vehicle across all 3 owners, have performed lots of preventative maintenance (highlighted below), and ceramic coated the exterior in 10/2023 with a 4-year coating. I am selling the vehicle because I have a growing family; I otherwise would have preferred keeping it for many more years.

– Driveshaft guibo, center support bearing, and diff pinion seal replaced at 68k miles in 6/2023
– TPMS wheel sensors (all 4) replaced in 9/2023
– Paint was ceramic coated in 10/2023 after 2-step paint correction
– Oil last changed 2/2024 at 70k miles
– Brake fluid, engine air filter, and cabin air filter changed in 3/2024

Known flaws:
– Few scattered rock chips on front bumper, hood, and lower rocker panels
– Scrapes on underside of front bumper, few scattered scratches
– Rear tires are nearing replacement, front tires with 30% life left
