Selling my extremely clean 2012 BMW M3 Coupe with just 34k miles! I absolutely love this car, but I caught the GTR bug and am ready to sell. This is desirable spec and is one of the cleanest examples of an E92 M3 you will see.
I was obsessed with getting this car to perfection and keeping it that way. I have taken care of all necessary maintenance for the mileage and have gone above and beyond to correct any imperfections.
The car was garaged under my ownership and detailed at least once a month (air dried). I generally take this car out once for a spirited drive on the weekend, but it spends most of its time parked. The car is always properly warmed up and is never beaten on.
The car runs and drives great! The paint and interior are also in excellent condition.
I am in no rush to sell. Looking for the right buyer who appreciates this car the way I do.

History:
I purchased this car from Proper Performance Motors in Scottsdale, Arizona in April of 2023 w/ 32k miles. The car has 6 previous owners and was originally on the east coast, which was a red flag for me when I was considering purchasing, despite its pristine appearance. As a result, I sent the car to Babbit Motorwerks before purchasing it for a PPI. They came back and echoed how pristine the car was for its age. My main concern was rust, since it was on the East Coast. They inspected the undercarriage and informed me no rust was present. With a thumbs up from Babbit, I purchased the car.
I do not have any knowledge of the car’s previous history, but it was modified by the previous owners with Ohlin’s Road & Track Coilovers, the M-Performance Exhaust mod, IND painted emblems, retrofitted headlights, some IND interior pieces, and some exterior carbon bits.
I had the car shipped from Arizona to San Diego, where it now lives permanently. I had the car immediately inspected by SD Garage in Escondido, who also took care of some preventative maintenance as well.
I have done some light modification to the car under my ownership.

Known Flaws/Issues:
– Two smalls nicks in the paint on the drivers side door (pictured)
– One small nick on the hood by the hump
– Some paint imperfections on the front bumper around the vents. The previous owner had a different carbon lip that rubbed a bit on the inside of the vents.
– Passenger side door card sometimes makes a light rattling noise if the bottom compartment is closed. I just leave it slightly open and the noise goes away.
– The rear sunshade goes up, but will not go down. I had this same problem on my M5 and seems to be present on most cars with this feature.
The original manual and two keys will be included as well as an OEM front sunshade. I also have a folder of receipts and a spreadsheet of modifications and maintenance under my ownership.
There is a lien on the vehicle through Penfed Credit Union.
