It’s a very sad day posting this, but the time has come to settle down and buy a home. Car is 2013 E92 M3 which I purchased with 44,500 miles from a local owner here in San Diego. Prior to my purchase, the battery, brake pads and rotors had been replaced with receipts for all 3 of these items. Since the vehicle has been under my ownership, I have spent all of my time making the car as sound and reliable as possible by doing all the preventative maintenance as well as upgrades along the way. All parts that have gone on the car have either been OEM or a quality upgrade. The car looks, drives and handles phenomenally. Along with the purchase, I will provide the buyer with a thumb drive containing an EXCEL spreadsheet with all maintenance items, purchased items for the vehicle and cost breakdown as well as photos of all the performed maintenance done along the way of the cars ownership under me. The car was just smogged back in January and passed with flying colors and the title is in my hand. Also, the car recently had an oil/filter change performed by Chris Keefer at Independent Motorcars at 49,650 miles.

NOTES :

-The vehicle does have a small superficial scratch on the driver’s side fender which I have shown to a few paint correction companies in San Diego and they have all stated that is an easy repair.

-I noticed 2 of the tabs on the cabin filter covers were broken when I went to change out the cabin filters, no surprise there.

-The Euro front bumper is not paint matched to my liking or standard. The shade and color is not a great match and eats away at my OCD. Depending on what the next owner intends to do with the vehicle or whatever their OCD level is, I would consider getting the front bumper resprayed IMO.

Given the maintenance history of this car including all the costs put into the vehicle to make it so that the next owner will not have to perform all this maintenance, I am asking $40,000 for the vehicle. This is far less than my purchase price of the vehicle and money I put into the meticulous maintenance. I live in San Diego and can make myself available on the weekends to show the vehicle and test drives will require proof of funds first.
