Well, it’s a sad day for me. I decided to sell my dream car because of growing family and my wife and I need a bigger car. I searched for this E92 M3 for long time hoping to keep it forever, but happened to own it for only little over a year. I barely drove it. Never tracked or abused. I only drove it for occasional canyon rides on weekends.

I have clean CA title and clean Carfax.
I purchased this car on April 25th, 2023 at The Shop Club, Inc in Seattle, WA.
Mileage was 51423 back then and now it has about 55769 and it might go up a little. I am the second owner and I have some maintenance history from first owner which I will include with photos. I also have Carfax reports which I will include as well.

Right after I got the car shipped over from Seattle, I brought the car to get an inspection from reputable shop called European Auto Source in Anaheim, CA. They said the car was overall super clean car and nothing to be alarmed about. I still have the inspection report from them.

– Engine oil was changed at 51423, 53950, and 55600
– Ceramic Pro was applied on February 12, 2020 by previous owner. It has Gold Lifetime Warranty

Below are the lists of the things that I’ve done under my ownership and all works were done at reputable shop called European Auto Source in Anaheim, CA. All parts were purchased new through EAS and I have all receipts.

May 3rd, 2023
– Passed smog
– Cabin air filter replaced
– Rod bearings and engine mounts were replaced
– Valvetronic V2 valved exhaust (forged carbon tips) with Macht Schnell catless midpipe. But added GESI highflow cat
– Macht Schnell under drive pulley, stage 2 intake, epic tune installed

May 17th, 2023 (I purchased these and brought EAS for installation)

– Throttle actuators were replaced

– Recaro Sportster CS seat Black Vinyl/ Black Suede (Race Seat CIP coded)
– Recaro Seat Slider Kit installed
– Macht Schnell Competition Lightweight Floor Mount for Racing Seat installed
– Macht Schnell Harness Bracket Set installed
– Schroth Quick Fit Pro Harness installed
– BBS LM-R Diamond Black 19×9.5 et 25 19×10 et 20 with 265/30/19 285/30/19 Michelin PS4S with new TPMS
– BMW Wheel locks installed

September 20th, 2023 (I purchased it and brought to EAS for installation)
– Auto Solution Short Shifter (25% reduction, 13mm height increase because I have zhp shift knob, 80a urethane bronze bushing upgrade)

April 29, 2024
– Transmission Fluid, brake fluid, differential fluid, power steering fluid, coolant was changed at 53950.

May 7th, 2024
-APR GT 250 67” wing
– JQ Werks madtrace steering wheel

June 9th, 2024
– AP racing 9660 nickel plated finished front bbk with ferodo 3.12 front and rear pads with stainless lines
– Wheel Alignment was done at Chewerks La Habra, CAy

I have about $40000 in modification which I can show to buyer with receipts. My asking price is $69900 as is or I can put everything back to stock and asking price would be $45000 and I will include below parts. However, buyer would need to bring wheels and tires.
