I set this car up with the intention of never selling it; terminal illness has changed my plans!

This M3 was by far the greatest material purchase of my life. I’ve wasted a lot of money in my life chasing fun, excitement, and pleasure. And yet never was I remotely as successful at converting money to fun as I was via this car. Every mile was an absolute pleasure. I wouldn’t be a bit surprised if this convertible here is the greatest balance of any used M3 currently for sale.

Here’s what you need to know:

I’m the third owner of this M3. 1st was a woman in Florida, 2nd was a stock broker in Michigan.

This can has been **religiously maintained** and is ‘tastefully modded.’ I moved it as close to CSL spec as I could. [I put about $36,000 into this car’s modifications and religious maintenance, despite shopping all over the country for the greatest 2006 (final production year) M3 I could find in 2017].

– Tons of maintenance: I’ve had every suspension bushing and component that showed any wear replaced – I wanted this car to handle like a brand new M3.

Note: I’d say the mechanicals are 99% on this car. I’d say the paint is 90%. I’d say the interior is 90%. Needs a new driver’s side floor mat. A retaining clip on the dash needs to be replaced and one on the rear seat. Driver’s side seat also has some stitching to repair.
