2002 e46 m3 for sale. Looking for cash or trades. Currently at 181k miles, it will change since it’s my daily driver

It hurts me to sell it and ik imma regret it. But I had to sell this car due to personal reasons. The mileage of the car in this condition already speaks for the maintenance itself There is nothing mechanically wrong with this car, but there is a check engine light for codes p0051 and p0174, although it doesn’t affect the car driving or running at all.
car is stock, except for some polyurethane bushings, make the car handle so much and it sounds like absolute heaven from inside the cabin.
Oil change every exact 3000 miles.
Rod bearings—-Were done before not sure what miles. Just think about it it’s 182000 miles so rod bearings should not be your concern. I am pretty sure it was done before. Got oil analysis done recently shows engine healthy
Subframe— not done. But when the car got the new clutch the mechanic checked the whole subframe and didn’t find any cracks whatsoever.

Valve covers gasket
Belt tensioner, belt
Coolant flush and renew
New clutch, pivot pin, transmission fluid
New battery, alternator
Ecs tuning polyurethane dfferential bushings
Revshift 95A engine mounts, transmission mounts
Differential cover, differential fluid oil change
Brake fluid flush and renew
Upper radiator hose
New rear tires, side marker, rearview mirrors, cabin air/air filter, windshield blades, wiper fluid pump
Angel eyes, LED taillights, pioneer radio(Bluetooth, usb and aux), Alcantara interior trim, center and shift boot, new shift knob, and some carbon fiber on the exterior.
The car is also lower on Tein spring
