Clean title 1997 E36 M3/2/5 in Cosmosschwarz Metallic on Black interior. I am the fourth owner – original owner passed this to his son, who sold to the third owner in 2019, 119k miles. I bought this car last May at 129k miles and only driven 4k miles. I put 10k in this car over the past year and have plenty of receipts for work/parts. Smog good for another year but happy to test for buyer.

– ICV, intake manifold gasket, vacuum hoses at 128k
– Sachs clutch kit, LUK flywheel, clutch forks, pilot bearing, trans mount at 129k
– Fixed 5th gear lean at 129k
– Replaced shifter bushings and arms at 129k
– Replaced clutch slave cylinder at 129k
– Replaced brake pads, rotors, fluid flush at 131k
– Replaced belts, pulleys/tensioners, and installed Stewart water pump at 132k
– Replaced spark plugs at 132k
– New cabin air filter
– Fixed door panels
– New kenwood head unit, alpine amp, speakers, and wiring
– New battery Jan ’24
– Just got a full exterior detail (compound, polish, wax) and coating is good for a year

Everything works as it should, idles well, cold ac, hot heat, shifts well and drives smooth. Mainly used this car to take weekend trips out of LA and it was great for that!

Only issues are:
– tears on the driver seat bolster
– shocks are old
– paint is old and is cracking on the top of doors/window trim. scratch on front passenger fender.
– loose glovebox
– Apparently there is a bit of blockage in the passenger rear caliper. Gets about 50% flow according to the mechanic last year. No issues braking.
– little bit of alternator whine, amp needs a better ground
– front tires need to be replaced
