1997 BMW M3 Sedan 5-speed

For sale is my 1997 E36 M3.  I impulse bought this car on a random Friday afternoon from Chelsea Denofa (the RTR FD driver) and have loved every second of it.  Unfortunately, with a new car on the way, I must part with this baby.

Car has the LUX package and pretty much everything works! AC Blows cold, all windows work, heated seats work (which, believe me, is awesome).  Power seats work as well except for the passenger seat recline, which is pretty typical for these cars.  Carpet is nice, no weird smells, windshield was recently replaced.  Sunroof is not working unfortunately and the drivers seat has 2 rips in the bolster. Interior is probably a 8/10.

Car is mechanically sound, S52 absolutely RIPS with tons of torque.  Car has upgraded pads and rotors, lots of stopping power.  Car has long tube headers, and thus has a CEL for lack of a secondary O2.  Car also has an ABS and ASC delete, a common mod on E36s.  Mechanically, I’d say the car is 9/10.

Exterior is all matching and most of the paint shines nicely, there is clear fade on the mirrors and minor on top of driver fender. The body is straight and free of any damage, but the nose piece has a small dent in it, the lower bumper has quite a few rock chips and there is the typical rust bubble behind the wheel arch on the driver side.  I’d say the exterior of the car is its weakest point, probably a 6/10.

It’s definitely not perfect, and hopefully the price reflects that.  The car rips and is ready for a new owner to drive it home.
