Details:
Clean project car. 1996 BMW M3 Sedan. Was my mothers car who passed away from cancer. Was in the garage for two years and not driven. I have been driving it daily to work and runs amazing save for some of the issues. I did mention it was a project car.
Good
New alternator, tensioner, and idler pully
Nice leather interior with the BMW color bands in the seats
great dash and all the buttons work
Strong engine and transmission
Needs
Tires
Clear Coat Repair on Hood, Spoiler, Rear of top.
Something wrong with auto choke as does not like to stay running on startup. Once warm up runs amazing
Could use some suspension help but might also be the tires.
Working on the fact that the brake lights have a circuit failure problem and are interment.
As with all BMWs could use the valve cover gasket, and oil filter gaskets to the block replaced. Slight leaks out of both.
