I’ve only owned the car for about 7 months. The previous owner has owned it for approximately 5 years. He kept a meticulous record of all the service records and maintenance conducted on the M3. I’ve also continued to add to that list with basic maintenance such as oil change, tire/wheel balance, etc. The rod bearings were replaced back in 2021 with BE bearings and ARP Bolts, by RMP Motors, a shop owned by Rocco, a well respected mechanic in Canada who specializes in BMWs. Engine mounts were also replaced by RMP Motors.
As for modifications, the car is currently sitting on H&R sport springs, 3 piece DPE wheels, Macht Schnell X-pipe, GTS DCT and Stage 2 tune from Alpine. I plan to sell the M3 completely stock as I have all the stock parts. However, price can be negotiable if an interested buyer would like to purchase the M3 with the mods.
The M3 is a very clean example, no accidents and stored in the winter under my ownership. There is absolutely nothing wrong with the M3, everything works such as the seat belt retractors, cup holders, A/C, heated seats, etc. I purchased the M3 from PFAFF Reserve, in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. For the peace of mind for both myself and the potential buyer, the transaction will be completed in conjunction with PFAFF.
As you may know, my M3 is a very special and limited run M3, known as the Frozen Silver Edition and released back in 2012 to mark BMW’s 40th anniversary of BMW M GmbH. Only 40 units of the Frozen Silver Edition was released to the North American Market, making this a limited unit.
The Frozen Silver Editions were finished in the frozen silver paint, OEM carbon fiber interior trims, checkered door sills, black finished exhaust tips, black side markers, black shadow lines and the GTS flat black 19inch wheels. The Frozen Silver Edition is also known as the GTS spare parts bin model as the above mentioned options were found in the GTS. The Frozen Silver Edition also came with the competition package, cold weather package and carbon fiber roof.
