Purchased it second hand as a CPO (certified pre-owned) from BMW. Still has more than one year left on the extended warranty up to 100k miles. Minor rock chips when I purchased it, which I had the PPF shop paint in before getting a full XPEL PPF wrap. 10 Year warranty on the wrap which is transferable, as is the car warranty. Has same time left on the service contract as the CPO warranty. BMW all weather mats as soon as I got the car. Leather has minimal signs of wear, well taken care of. Minor curb rash on rear wheels from previous owner, never got them re-powder coated.

All maintenance done on schedule at BMW, I have all the paperwork.
