Up for sale is my 2010 M3 Sedan, I’ve owned this car for almost two years now and have absolutely enjoyed it. Car was meticulously maintained by the previous owner (original owner) and myself. I have tons of service records under my ownership as well as the previous owner dating back almost 6 years now.

Maintenance items that were done under my ownership with records available for new owner:

⁃Rod bearings (BE Bearings with ARP bolts) and engine mounts
⁃Front and rear brakes, pads, and sensors with brake flush
⁃Spark plugs, fuel injectors, fuel breather valve, fuel pressure sensor
⁃DCT service
⁃Diff service
⁃Valve cover gasket
⁃All four new PS4S tires with warranty

Other maintenance items done recently under the original owner’s ownership:

⁃Thermostat done 6/21 @ 86k
⁃Oil separators done 12/20 @ 86k
⁃Right side headlight replaced 12/20 86k (seal failed and moisture got inside, done at BMW of Bellevue)
⁃TAs were done under PO’s ownership but I was not able to pull the info from the dealer as they only had the last 4-5 years of records. Listing the TAs as unknown given that.

This car has only been serviced at the dealer since day one and in fact the original owner only took it to BMW of Bellevue and with the same service advisor. I have taken the car to only BMW of Seattle besides taking it to speciality shops to get the Rod bearings done. Car comes with two keys, original rod bearings, paint match front license plate bracket, owner’s book/manual, all services records for the last 6 years and other misc items including original exhaust.
