Selling my 2005 E46 M3. It features the ultra rare combination of being a 6 speed manual transmission with an Alpine white exterior and Imola red leather interior.

A little bit about the car’s history.. I’m the third and the fifth owner. I first purchased it from EAG out of Cincinnati in 2012 as the third owner with only 27k miles. I had to sell it back to EAG due to an unplanned lifestyle change in 2013. I immediately regretted it and told myself if it ever came up for sale again I was going to buy it back. I got lucky in 2019 and was able to buy it back from EAG again as the fifth owner with 65k miles now on it. Both times I’ve been the owner it’s always been garage kept, never driven in the rain, never tracked, & never a daily driver. It usually only comes out on the weekends for a short casual stroll to a local car show or brunch. As of now I’ve only put 2,000 miles on it over the last 6 years. Once again life has come calling with unexpected lifestyle changes and I think it’s time to pass this on to another enthusiast to enjoy.

When I first purchased it in 2012 I had EAG install a DINAN S1 performance package that included:
– DINAN Stage 4 performance software tune
– Cold air intake
– High flow throttle body
– Muffler/Exhaust
– Stage 1 suspension – front strut brace
– Stage 1 suspension – rear shock tower brace
– 19″ BMW competition wheels
– DINAN S1 serial number plate
– DINAN rear deck lid badge
– DINAN custom floor mats

It received a full service and rejuvenation when it was sold back to EAG in 2019 including:
– VANOS tested & inspected and found it to be in good condition
– Subframe cleaned & inspected with no cracks or fatigue found
– Full brake job performed on all 4 wheels including new rotors, pads, & sensors
– Power steering expansion hose replaced & system flushed
– Main engine & A/C compressor belts replaced
– Front control arm bushings replaced
– Transmission selector seal replaced
– Full interior cosmetic service including replacing worn components

After I took delivery in 2019 I had it immediately professionally ceramic coated and it’s always been hand washed and garage kept since. Water still beads up beautifully over all the surfaces. I have all the service records from EAG plus my own records. Service performed under my ownership includes annual oil changes and the following:

– 2021 – Replaced Takata airbag per BMW recall (done at West Houston BMW)
– 2023 – Replaced all 6 spark plugs & ignition coils
– 2025 – Installed 4 new tires (staggered Michelin Pilot Sport All Season 4’s), balance & alignment

There are no issues with the car. It’s been a great experience to own, drive, and even just share conversations with other E46-M3 enthusiasts about. I am fairly firm on the asking price but I am willing to entertain serious offers for negotiation. I have a local BMW authorized independent mechanic shop that is willing and able to perform a pre-purchase inspection if so desired. I have all records available for review from EAG and both my times of ownership. I can also share more pictures and videos (walk-around, start-up, & driving) if requested.
