This Carbon Black over Cinnamon, factory manual E46 M3 Cabriolet has had $10,000 worth of work in parts alone since I bought it. I have done all mechanical work myself, as I am a certified BMW technician. I bought this back in November of 2024 for a REALLY good deal knowing I wasn’t going to keep it long term.

Convertible top works flawlessly. I believe it was replaced due to it’s remarkable condition in respect to age and mileage of vehicle.

Rear subframe reinforcement is unknown.
I was told rod bearings were replaced, but I have no proof. The oil analysis from BlackStone shows the bottom end to be in great condition. I changed the oil with Liquimoly 10w60, and will pay for another oil change and analysis after 3,000 miles for peace of mind.

The rear differential is a remanufactured unit from DiffsOnline. Their remanned units require a break-in period of 1200 miles (just like the new M3/M4). At the time of listing it has been driven 523 miles. Another 677 miles before the rear diff fluid needs to be changed out. If you buy the car, I will service the diff for you when the mileage is appropriate.
