Will sell, or trade for a late production F80 M3 with cash on my end.
I am selling this car way under what I am in, please be mindful when making offers.

Big 3 done within last 2,000 miles.

1. Rod Bearings – done twice, once at 80,000 once at 140,000

2. New entire VANOS (not rebuilt, but completely new and upgraded Besian Systems) system and solenoid at $2,000 for the parts alone, plus shimmed VANOS gears, new/updated bolts in the VANOS gears for complete lockdown, no expense spared + fresh valve adjustment.

3. Photos of the reinforced subframe, welded and epoxied on top.

Noteworthy Things.

Mechanical

1. CSL intake by Haimus Racing, The car was convered to eurospec MAP from MAF the correct way, this doesn’t have your run of the mill Alfa-N tune. The car also got a new DME and a proper CSL tune, after which it was logged and street tuned to have the car run correctly with the new intake and other parts.

2. New Status Gruppe stainless steel headers and new catalytic converters (in section 2 now like the European spec M3!) Picture in the photos

3. CSL style Hotchkiss front/rear sway bars. Good luck finding these 🙂

4. Complete front and rear suspension bushings and arms, braces, covers, rebuilt with factor parts under 12k miles ago, including every arm, bushing, Rogue sub frame mounts, diff cover, etc.

5. Bilstein shocks/struts all round

6. BMW short shifter and shift knob, upgraded/new engine and transmission mounts, along with new Guibo, driveshaft bearing/mount

7. New OEM alternator as preventative maintenance ($500)

8. New water pump as preventative maintenance with new thermostat, gaskets, radiator hoses, sensors, new oil presser sensor, new TPS (3) etc

9. New radiator coolant tank as preventative maintenance

10. New belts, belt tensioner and pulley s throughout as preventative maintenance

11. New battery

Visual

1. Euro Bumper without the ugly sidemarkers. The foglights are in the trunk.

2. Carbon fiber CSL style rear splitter ($500)

3. Apex wheels and new Hankook Ventus V12 evo2 tires. The wheels are in fantastic shape.

4. Manual seats. They are in EXCELLENT shape, they have around 20k miles on them, however I did break the handle on driver side during transportation, see the photos of the driver side interior.

5. New angle eye guy angle eyes

6. Dynavin OEM appearing modern stereo/nav/computer with Apple CarPlay ApplePlay, bluetooth.

7. Rear windows have new seals, if you have an e46, you know what i mean, see the photos.

She runs and sounds fantastic.

This is a used car, and it’s over 20 years old, it’s not perfect. The things that need to be addressed:

I get a CEL now and again for a O2 sensor, it comes and then disappears, I will likely code it out before the sale is complete.

1. Clearcoat peeling on the roof, and plastic rear spoiler and passenger mirror. I will post photos.

2. Door speaker grills are cracked/broken

3. The headliner is not sagging, but it is feeling “looser”.

4. Steering wheel could use a rewrap

Lots of work has been done to this car. I try my best to honest, but it’s a used vehicle.
