One of the cleanest E36 M3’s you will see. Socal and Las Vegas owned. Runs and drives like a time capsule from 1996.

Original owner was an M enthusiast and took exceptional care of this car. He added 48,972 miles until 2012 when he was no longer able to drive. The vehicle was kept in the garage under a car cover until 2022 when it was brought in for a full service to be prepared for sale.
Car has been located in Orange County, CA and Las Vegas during its ownership.
Issues:
Carfax shows a minor accident on rear bumper. According to previous owner, a neighbor backed into the car requiring a respray on the rear bumper.
Front bumper and side skirts have also been resprayed.
Rubber rear window seals are starting to crack.
Aftermarket rear muffler.
Tires will need to be replaced.
Currently registered as a non-op. Buyer will be responsible for registration.
