2011 BMW E90 M3 – $Part Out – 158k miles – DCT – Los Angeles, California
Hi everyone, I recently crashed my E90 M3 after losing control while trying to dodge some debris and ended up crashing into the divider on the freeway. The engine oil pan and front subframe is cracked. Motor does not start but I can provide a leakdown and compression test upon request for serious inquiries. I am the 4th owner and owned the car for 2.5 years. I have been around the car for 5 years as I am good friends with 3rd owner and ended up purchasing the car from him after he decided to get married. Car has always been warmed up and driven under 3k prior to reaching operating temperature. Car has never been tracked but has been taken to the canyons on the weekends for spirited driving.
The motor and transmission will be pulled on August 12/13 unless there is a buyer willing to purchase the whole on a agreed price. (Drivetrain can still be sold with vehicle) Ideally, I am looking for a buyer that would be willing to purchase the car in its entirety rather than parting out specific parts. The car will be priced to move as I will be moving for a new job and the car needs to be gone by mid September of 2023 otherwise the car will get sold to a local junkyard. Here is a list of maintenance items and mods that were installed/addressed under my ownership. Car is currently sitting in my garage in Los Angeles. I’m hoping this parts car can go to a enthusiast and in their effort to keep another e9x m3 running.
